The best downside is that it is a VERY HEAVY fryer. I am a person and in finding it weighty....a woman could find it troublesome to prevail in up and settle on it off a high shelf. Best saved on a decrease cupboard where which you may easily raise it moderately than high up where it's going to come crashing down in your head.

But the primary time I used it, and cleaned it up, it had chips (chunks chipped out) on the ridges in the bottom of the pan. Otherwise it seems to work smartly. I bet time will tell if it was once well price the sum of money spent on it.
