Love the rubber ft on bottom and it easys up beautifully; similar to Stainless Steel does. However, my temperture dial and keep an search for fixed on is flawed and I cannot use it on any setting excluding 'barely on warm' or it goes into FULL ROLLING BOIL and the food burns! This is consider to be a deep fryer AND a slo cooker. Right now it can be most effective an especially FAST and INTENSE Deep Fryer.
I have written and I predict to have a new gauge/cord soon. Hopefully, I simply received a nasty cord and a inexperienced one will clear up the downside I stated above. I had a PRESTO deep fryer along ceramic insert FOREVER and LOVED it, but as a consequence of my losing a plastic lid into the underneathside and no longer understanding - I broken my pot of 15+ years. So I bought this fresh one. Here is hoping that changing the faulty wire will clear up the temp downside. Well, not the dishes. I really have used it to fry eggs, prepare dinner meat sauce, rooster, steak, ground red meat, slow prepare dinner, boil water, compose espresso, fry potatoes and veggies, stir fry, rice and more. If it could be cook dinnered on stove high it's going to prepare dinner on this child. I even have no longerice a discount in my gas/electric invoice blended totals. I would sound over all it costs a tiny bit to purchase this, but you store on the whole lot else.
Why purchase every forms of pots and pans when this will do all of it.
